System Architecture

A full-screen scroll-driven experience where the visitor's scroll position directly controls a villa walkthrough video — flying from a distant hillside approach through the entrance, interiors, and pool, into a blue-hour aerial reveal. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, and Tailwind v4, with a hand-rolled scroll engine (no animation libraries) for zero-re-render, ref-driven playback and caption sync.
